  • Not upload harmful, illegal, or offensive material.
  • Not copy, hack, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Users may not copy, share, or reuse content for commercial purposes.
  • Uploaded homework or similar files remain the user's property but may be used for service delivery.
  • AI-generated materials belong to the platform.

5. Service and Availability

  • We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Features may change or be updated without prior notice.
  • We are not responsible for downtime or third-party issues (e.g., payment gateways).

6. Payment and Refunds

  • The platform is currently free to use.
  • When paid plans are introduced, prices will be shown before purchase and include applicable taxes.
  • Refunds follow our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is an educational tool and not a substitute for formal schooling.
  • We do not guarantee any specific academic results.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or third-party damages.

8. Termination

  • You may close your account anytime.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or non-compliance.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by Indian law.
  • Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
